Protective Agents?

In animal models, certain antioxidants and GABA-A agonists (like diazepam) have been shown to reduce NMDA antagonist-induced neurotoxicity. Some DXM users use benzodiazepines for this reason. Antioxidants (Vitamin C, etc.) are safer and may offer some protection, though human data is absent.
